Enjoy the region of Tandor, with over 150 new original species of Pokémon, complex characters, and many secrets to discover.
Become Champion, complete the Pokédex, and beat the many challenge modes available; it's time to prove your worth as a trainer! 
Pokémon Uranium, at its core, is a homage to the original Pokémon games, which have been in the hearts of many of us since childhood.
Coupled with a serious storyline and slightly harder gameplay, this fangame is aimed towards a slightly older audience: one that often remembers Pokémon with nostalgia.
The game was in development for over 9 years, with immense amounts of work and heart going into it. 
Sadly, the original creators JV and Involuntary Twitch were forced to drop the project for legal reasons shortly after its release in August 6th, 2016.
Now, as the new development team for Pokémon Uranium we have strived to continue improving the game, providing updates and supplying a new server for online trades and battles.
As of writing this document, Uranium is past its first anniversary, and we have released update 1.2.0.
We will continue adding more content and working in the post-game storyline, for all of you to enjoy!
